  • Organic cacao powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • PB2 Peanut Butter powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Maple syrup ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Greek-style yogurt

Start by mixing together the dry ingredients. Then add a teaspoon of maple syrup and half a cup of Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Taste test to see if it is sweet enough. Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin Puree (1 cup)
  • Coconut Flour (⅓ cup)
  • Raw honey (¼ cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter (50 grams)
  • Chocolate buttons (½ cup)
  • PB2 Powder (3 tablespoons)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla (1 teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)

Pumpkin Butter is one of the best PB2 recipes. Melt the butter and mix all of the wet ingredients together, including the eggs. Whisk together thoroughly. Now add the coconut flour and mix with a spoon. Add the salt and cinnamon, followed by the 3 tablespoons of PB2. Mix thoroughly.

Finally, add in the chocolate buttons.

Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Place two tablespoons of mixture into each cup holder. Place in a preheated oven (350 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes check on how they are going by inserting a skewer. When the muffins are golden and cooked through, they will be ready.​

Ingredients:

  • Spinach Leaves (1 1/2 cups)
  • Coconut Water (½ cup)
  • Milk (½ cup)
  • PB2 Powder (1 tablespoon)

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix for 30-45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and top it with chia seeds. One of the simplest PB2 recipes.

 

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Wholegrain flour (1 cup)
  • Maple Syrup (1 teaspoon)
  • Baking soda (¼ teaspoon)
  • Baking powder ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Sweetener (¼ cup)
  • Coconut oil (1 ½ tablespoon)
  • Vanilla ( 1 teaspoon)
  • PB2 Powder (7 tablespoons mixed with 3 tablespoons water)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl (put the PB2 powder in with the wet ingredients). Give the dry ingredients a good mix, doing the same with the wet ingredients. Next, combine the two mixtures and, once again, mix thoroughly. You will now have a doughy consistency.

Break pieces of the dough off and roll it between your fingers into balls. Place them in a lined baking tray and then press them flat with the back of a flat spoon. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool and enjoy!​

 

PB2 Carrot Raisin Muffins

PB2 Carrot Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • Raw macadamia nuts, broken into bits (2/3 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil, melted (5 tablespoons)
  • Honey ( 3 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
  • PB2 Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Tapioca flour ( 2 1/2 tablespoons)
  • Cinnamon powder (¾ teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Gluten-free flour (1/3 teaspoon)

Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Whisk eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add PB2 powder, tapioca, cinnamon powder, salt, and baking powder. Add ¾ of the macadamias to the mix and combine well. Put in the fridge for 5 minutes

Using a tablespoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with the remaining macadamia nuts. Bake for 15 minutes; wait for biscuits to cool before eating. One of the easy and cheap PB2 recipes.

 

PB2 Coconut Waffles

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour/meal (1 1/2 cup)
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • Coconut milk(1⁄4 cup)
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut (1⁄4 cup)
  • Coconut flour (1 tablespoon)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Baking soda (1⁄2 teaspoon)
  • Sea salt (1⁄2 teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon (1⁄2 teaspoon)
  • PB2 Powder (2 tablespoons)

Whisk the eggs in a medium-large sized bowl. Add the coconut milk and whisk together with eggs. Next, add the almond flour and PB2 powder and mix together. Add the shredded coconut, arrowroot powder, baking soda and mix together Lastly, add in the honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.

Mix together thoroughly.

Pour into your waffle iron and heat until cooked through.​

Ingredients:

  • Coconut flour (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut sugar (1/3 cup)
  • Almond flour (1/3 cup)
  • Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
  • PB2 Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Frozen or fresh blueberries (150 grams)
  • 2 eggs
  • Almond milk (2 cups)

This is one of the best PB2 recipes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and line your favorite muffin molds and line them with paper cases. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a baking bowl. Mix the eggs and almond milk in a second bowl. Stir the wet batter into your dry ingredients. Fold in the blueberries.

Now evenly divide and distribute the batter into the muffin molds. Bake the muffins for approximately 30 minutes, until they are golden in color and firm to the touch. Remove the muffins from the oven and cool on a firm rack.

  • Raw and organic cocoa powder (3 tablespoons )
  • Almond flour (3 tablespoons )
  • Raw and organic honey (2 tablespoons)

PB2 Strawberry Ricotta Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour (150 gm.)
  • Coconut flour (75 gm.)
  • PB2 Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Raw honey or coconut nectar (150 ml.)
  • 2 eggs
  • Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Coconut oil, melted (75 ml.)
  • Strawberries, (6, pureed)

Ingredients for the Icing:

  • Ricotta Cheese (100 gm.)
  • Raw honey or coconut nectar (50 ml.)
  • Vanilla extract (2 drops)

Sift together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix together the raw honey with coconut oil, strawberry puree and eggs together. Whisk the mixture well to incorporate the honey, and then combine with the dry ingredients

Pour in 12 individual cupcake molds, lined with cupcake liners, until the liner is 3/4th full. Put the pan in a preheated 350 Degree F (180 Degree C) oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven’s temperature, till the cupcakes are done (a toothpick should come out holding moist crumbs when inserted in the center of a cupcake).

Let cool for an hour before icing. For the icing, put the cheese, honey, and vanilla in a food processor and process until smooth. Spread on top of each cupcake.​

PB2 Ferrero Mousse

Ingredients:

  • Raw cocoa powder (3 teaspoons)
  • Hazelnut butter (3 tablespoons)
  • Maple syrup (1 1/2 tablespoons)
  • Pure vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
  • PB2 Powder (3 tablespoons)
  • 3 eggs
  • Hazelnuts ( 6 chopped)
  • Coconut milk (1/4 cup)

Heat up the organic hazelnut butter, the organic coconut milk, the organic raw cocoa powder, the PB2 powder, and the organic pure vanilla extract and raw honey. Stir all the ingredients together.

While this is heating, in the meantime go ahead and beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Once the hazelnut mix is simmering, make sure to very carefully add the eggs while constantly stirring for about 2-3 minutes

Next, remove the mix from the heat. Pour the mixture into your preferred dishes or silicone molds and let them chill in your refrigerator. Before you serve, top each dish with the crushed organic hazelnuts.

 

Banana Nut PB2 Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • Almond butter (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Coconut flour (1/2 cup)
  • Nutmeg spice (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon spice (2 teaspoons)
  • Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Bananas (4 mashed)

Grease and line your favorite muffin tin with cups. Use a large mixing bowl and combine the mashed bananas, the fresh farm eggs, the organic almond butter, the organic coconut oil, and lastly the organic vanilla extract.

Using a hand blender, blend everything together until well combined. Next, add the PB2 powder, the coconut flour, the cinnamon and nutmeg spice, the baking soda, the baking powder and finally the salt. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture of ingredients.

Divide the batter into your lined muffin tins and fill two-thirds of the way full. Finally, go ahead and bake your muffins for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Use a toothpick and see if it comes out clean.

Ingredients:

  • Plain Oatmeal (1 Package)
  • Non-fat Yogurt or vanilla yogurt (1/2 Cup)
  • PB2 (1 Scoop)

  • Cinnamon (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • Cooking spray

PB2 Thai Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast tenderloins, cubed (1 pound)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • White pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • Freshly grated ginger (2 teaspoons)

  • Red curry paste (2 small jars)
  • Fish Sauce (2 tablespoons)
