For that extra money you get 10 more workout programs and twice as many variable resistance levels, for a very impressive total of 32 each. The Sunny Health and Fitness Folding Recumbent Bike is a budget alternative to the Diamondback 510SR and 910SR. While nowhere near as high spec, stylish or robust as either of those models, it does provide a quality riding experience while doing a good job of protecting your lower back and knees.

It’s 40 pound chrome rimmed flywheel is heavier than that offered by the Diamondback indoor cycle, meaning that you get a smoother, more natural feeling pedalling motion. You also get an LCD monitor that is able to track all of your essential workout statistics. The seat, pedals and handle bars are ergonomically positioned for ideal body placement when riding.
The saddle on the Exerpeutic LX7 is very comfortable and has four way adjustment to allow for precision positioning. Bi directional foot pedals allow you to pedal backwards to work different muscles.
